使用空位（包括网站和 App）就表示你同意下面这些。不同意就请不要使用。
对违规内容和骚扰行为零容忍。
发布违规内容或者骚扰别人的账号会被立即移除，不预先警告、不解释、没有申诉流程。这条没有例外。
空位撮合的是陌生人之间的线下见面，只对 18 岁及以上开放。如果你未满 18 岁，不要使用。我们发现未成年人使用会直接删除相关内容。
不管用中文还是英文，不管在局的标题、备注、昵称还是群聊里，以下内容一律禁止：
我们在服务器端对所有提交的内容做自动过滤。被过滤拦下的内容发不出去。过滤不可能覆盖全部情况，所以还有下面的举报机制。
空位不对任何用户做身份验证。我们不核实姓名、年龄、照片、犯罪记录或任何其他信息。你在这里遇到的每一个人，都是完全没有经过核实的陌生人。
空位是一块公告板，不是活动的组织者、主办方或担保方。线下发生的一切，由参与的人自己负责。
见面前请遵守这几条：
你发的内容归你自己。你发出来，就等于允许我们在空位内显示、存储和传播它，以便让产品正常运转。你保证你有权发布这些内容。我们可以在不通知你的情况下删除任何违反本条款的内容。
你对你的账号（也就是你设备上的那个随机编号）下发生的一切行为负责。不要用自动化脚本、不要绕过过滤和限速、不要攻击服务。
空位按「现状」提供，不做任何明示或默示的保证，包括可用性、准确性和适用性。在法律允许的最大范围内，Cupkiki LLC 不对以下情况承担责任：其他用户的行为或内容、线下见面中发生的任何事情、服务中断或数据丢失。你使用空位的风险由你自己承担。
有些司法辖区不允许排除某些保证或责任，上述限制在这些地方以法律允许的最大范围适用。
我们可以在任何时候，因为任何原因，限制或终止任何人对空位的访问，包括但不限于违反本条款。我们也可以随时停止提供这项服务。
条款有实质性变化时，我们会更新本页顶部的日期。变更后继续使用即表示接受新条款。
本条款适用美国新泽西州法律，不考虑其冲突法规则。

Using OpenSpot, on the web or in the app, means you agree to what follows. If you do not agree, do not use it.
There is zero tolerance for objectionable content and for abusive users.
Accounts that post objectionable content or harass other people are removed immediately, with no prior warning, no explanation and no appeals process. There is no exception to this.
OpenSpot arranges in-person meetings between strangers and is open only to people 18 and over. If you are under 18, do not use it. Content from minors is deleted when we find it.
In English or Chinese, in a plan title, a note, a nickname or a group chat, all of the following are prohibited:
All submitted content passes through an automated filter on our servers. Filtered content never gets posted. No filter catches everything, which is what the reporting system below is for.
OpenSpot verifies nobody. We do not check names, ages, photos, criminal records or anything else. Every person you meet here is an entirely unverified stranger.
OpenSpot is a bulletin board. It is not the organiser, host or guarantor of any event. What happens in person is the responsibility of the people who go.
Before you go:
Your content stays yours. Posting it grants us permission to display, store and distribute it within OpenSpot so the product can work. You confirm you have the right to post it. We may remove anything that breaks these terms without notice.
You are responsible for everything done under your ID, meaning the random identifier stored on your device. No automated scripts, no circumventing the filter or the rate limits, no attacks on the service.
OpenSpot is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including availability, accuracy and fitness for a purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cupkiki LLC is not liable for the conduct or content of other users, for anything that happens at an in-person meeting, or for service interruption or data loss. You use OpenSpot at your own risk.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty or liability exclusions; in those places the limits above apply to the fullest extent the law allows.
We may limit or terminate anyone's access to OpenSpot at any time for any reason, including but not limited to breaking these terms. We may also stop offering the service at any time.
When these terms change materially we update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use OpenSpot after a change means accepting the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
