空位 OpenSpot

一句话版本：我们不要你的真名、不要你的手机号、不记录你的位置、不放广告、不卖数据。你在这里只有一个昵称和一个随机编号。
你第一次打开空位时，你的手机或浏览器会自己生成一串随机字符，存在本机。它不包含你的任何个人信息，我们也无法用它反查到你是谁。它的唯一作用是让我们知道「哪个局是你发的」「哪条消息是你说的」，这样你才能撤掉自己的局、退出自己加入的局。
这些内容里，除了群聊和举报，其余都会公开显示给所有打开空位的人。所以请不要在里面写真名、手机号、住址或工作单位。
如果你允许通知，我们会保存一个由 Apple 或 Google 生成的推送令牌，用来给你发「有人加入了你的局」「群聊有新消息」这两类提醒。它不能用来定位你。
只有三个用途：把你发的局显示给别人看；让你和同一个局里的人聊天和签到；处理举报和拉黑，把违规内容拿下来。没有别的用途。我们不出售、不出租、不交换你的任何数据，也不用它做广告投放。
我们用到三家服务商，都只是基础设施，不会把你的数据用于他们自己的目的：
我们已确认这些服务商对用户数据提供的保护不低于本政策所述的标准，并且合同上限制他们只能为我们提供服务而使用这些数据。除此之外，我们不会把你的数据分享给任何第三方，除非法律强制要求（例如法院命令），或者为了处理涉及人身安全的紧急情况。
推送通知可以在手机的「设置 → 通知 → 空位」里随时关掉。除此之外，本产品不依赖任何需要你持续同意的数据处理；你停止使用并删除数据，就等于完全撤回。
空位只面向 18 岁及以上的人。我们不会故意收集未满 18 岁者的信息。如果你发现有未成年人在使用，请写信到 contact@cupkiki.com，我们会删除相关内容。
数据存放在美国境内的服务器上。如果你在美国以外的地方使用空位，你的数据会被传输到美国处理。
如果这份政策有实质性变化，我们会更新本页顶部的日期，并在 App 内提示。

Short version: we do not want your real name or your phone number, we never record your location, we show no ads, and we sell nothing. Here you are a nickname and a random ID.
The first time you open OpenSpot, your phone or browser generates a random string and stores it locally. It contains no personal information and cannot be traced back to you. Its only job is to let us know which plan is yours and which message you wrote, so that you can cancel your own plan or leave one you joined.
Everything above except chat and reports is shown publicly to anyone who opens OpenSpot. Please do not put your real name, phone number, home address or employer in it.
If you allow notifications, we store a push token issued by Apple or Google, used only to tell you that someone joined your plan or that there is a new chat message. It cannot be used to locate you.
Three purposes only: showing your plan to other people; letting you chat and check in with people in the same plan; handling reports and blocks so that bad content comes down. Nothing else. We do not sell, rent or trade your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
We use three service providers, all infrastructure only, none of whom use your data for their own purposes:
We have confirmed that these providers give user data protection equal to or greater than what this policy describes, and they are contractually limited to using the data solely to provide their service to us. Beyond that we share nothing, except where legally compelled (for example a court order) or to address an emergency involving someone's physical safety.
Push notifications can be turned off any time in your phone's Settings. Nothing else here depends on ongoing consent; stopping use and deleting your data is a complete withdrawal.
OpenSpot is for people 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you find a minor using it, write to contact@cupkiki.com and we will remove the content.
On servers in the United States. If you use OpenSpot from outside the United States, your data is transferred to the United States for processing.
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page and note it in the app.
